Tina’s a power-walking people person who will stop at nothing to get her clients on the property ladder. She sometimes sits still long enough to watch a movie. Her passion for helping people led her to spend a decade as an immigration consultant and seven years as a teacher while building up her investment portfolio on the side. 

Tina specialises in overseas income buyers, first home buyers and property investors, as well as commercial and construction loans.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Computer Science, Bachelor in Education, NZ Certification in Financial Services.

How Tina is paid

Tina is a salaried adviser and is paid the same no matter which lender you choose, so there's no pressure or bias toward any particular option. At a company level, Squirrel is paid either upfront or through a combination of upfront and trail commissions by its lenders and insurance providers.
