About Callan

Callan is Squirrel’s Group Head of Advisory, bringing more than 25 years of experience across financial services, commercial banking, business ownership, advisory, and leadership.

Callan began his career at ANZ, where he spent more than a decade in commercial and business banking, including Regional Manager roles. He later moved into mortgage advisory and business ownership with The Home Loan Shop, helping grow the business before it became part of Squirrel.

Throughout his career, Callan has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, creating strong customer outcomes, and fostering long-term client relationships. As Group Head of Advisory, he now leads Squirrel’s national advisory business, helping guide its continued growth while maintaining a strong focus on culture, service, and results.

Outside of work, you'll find Callan spending time with family and friends, out on the water boating and fishing, hitting the mountain bike trails, travelling, playing golf, or squeezing in a snowboarding trip.
